This is not a Silent Retreat although there are beautiful periods of silence scheduled throughout the weekend.
We also set it up so that those who want to be in silence the entire weekend, can do so with ease.
Step away from your devices, responsibilities and worries. The entire weekend is devoted just to you, there's no need to think or plan and all your meals are prepared by private chefs.
Do as little or as much as you like on your retreat, with a thoughtful and balanced schedule of classes, workshops and plenty of free time.
Reconnect to your inner peace, calm, clarity and creativity.

During this weekend you will form meaningful connections with yourself, nature and others.
Time will slow down and as you become more present in each moment, you'll connect back to what is truly important in life.
Although this isn't one of our signature "Silent Retreats", it is not a rowdy retreat. You will be gently guided to slow down enough that your interactions with others will be gentle and heartfelt. Not the usual hurried and often superficial interactions we encounter on a daily basis.
You might bring some books, your journal or some arts and crafts. The things that you usually just don't have time for.
Our sound healings with Dan are a highlight of the weekend. Using 20 singing bowls from Tibet, (some are a couple of centuries old) Dan guides us on a journey of sound and healing.
One guest described it as "having a warm bath of beautiful vibrations"
After this deeply blissful experience you might take a nap afterwards. Or take a mindful forest walk then enjoy the sunset before your delicious dinner.
Feel like a kid again going on a camp.
For some, this will be very exciting and for others it will be massively stepping out of their comfort zone - which is a GREAT thing.
In school-camp style the large dorm rooms have lots of bunk beds but we are only allocating 4 non-friends to a room so there will be lots of space between you. If booking a dorm just for you and your friends you can have up to 10 people in one dorm.
For those who love to pitch a tent, we have a lovely grassy area surrounded by shady trees with a nice clean toilet/shower block close by. Camp by yourself or bring a friend. The more the merrier on this retreat!
