With more spaciousness and time for reflection, this extended retreat allows you to go deeper into the practices of meditation, yoga, sound healing, and nature connection.

Ideal for those craving a longer reset and the space to fully exhale.

Arrive around 2.30pm-5pm Thursday and finishes just after lunch on Sunday

2 Night Silent Retreat

Our weekend retreat is the perfect balance of rest, reflection, and gentle guidance. Arrive Friday afternoon and settle into a nurturing environment designed to soothe your nervous system and quiet the mind.

Surrounded by nature and free from everyday distractions, this retreat offers the space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters. You'll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded...rested in both body and mind.

Arrive 2.30pm-5pm Friday and finishes just after lunch on Sunday

  • Your own private room at a peaceful rainforest venue - rest deeply in your own space, surrounded by nature.

  • A gently guided journey into silence, thoughtfully designed to help you unwind from the outside world. You’ll feel supported and nurtured every step of the way.

  • Delicious vegetarian meals, lovingly prepared by our private chefs. All dietary needs are carefully catered for.

  • Morning meditations with only the sounds of birds in the background, helping you awaken your senses and connect deeply with the natural world.

  • Evening guided meditations to ease you into a restful, peaceful sleep.

  • Meditation and chanting sessions offered throughout the day - join in as much or as little as you like.

  • Cosy comfort in winter: fireplaces in the lounge and dining areas, a heated yoga/meditation room, and electric blankets on each bed.

  • Arrival: between 2:30pm–5:00pm (QLD time).

  • Silence begins: after dinner, during our opening session.
