TERMS & CONDITIONS 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING.

By making payment of a deposit or full payment for a retreat with Find My Calm, you are accepting the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Your deposit reserves your place on retreat.

2. The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to someone else after informing us in writing.

3. If you need to cancel your retreat last minute due to Covid or a cold/flu the usual cancellation conditions apply.

4. If you need to leave during a retreat for whatever reason, no funds are refundable

5. The balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat and after this time is non-refundable. However the booking can be transferred to another person after informing us in writing and providing the replacement guests details.

6. If you are booking your retreat within 30 days of a retreat, full payment is required to secure your spot.

7. Any food allergies/dietary requirements are to be communicated to us at least 2 weeks prior to the retreat

8. Please let us know by 1 week prior to the retreat if you are pregnant (please inform us if you'd like this to remain confidential)

9. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or phobias etc that may impact your stay, so that we know how to best support you during your retreat

10. Occasionally we take unobtrusive photos on our retreats for use in marketing materials, however we do take our guests privacy seriously so please inform us in writing if you'd prefer not to be photographed during your retreat.

11. Before booking please ask questions and obtain information regarding the retreat to your satisfaction

12. You warrant that you have no physical, emotional, or psychological condition which would keep you from participating in and enjoying the benefits of the retreat or which would cause you injuries or harm, and that you have consulted with your medical doctor/advisor regarding your participation in the retreat and have obtained his/her clearance to do so.

13. You agree to practice safe hygiene practices including sanitizing before enter the dining and yoga rooms, and maintaining a safe distance between you and other participants.

14. You acknowledge and agree that Find My Calm is not responsible for providing any security while on the retreat and that the doors to the bedrooms are unsecured.
