TERMS & CONDITIONS​

By paying a deposit or full amount for a retreat with Find My Calm, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• Your deposit is non-refundable however it may be transferred to another person if you notify us in writing and provide their contact details. 

• Final payment is due 14 days prior to the retreat and is non-refundable. Your booking may be transferred to another person by notifying us in writing and providing their contact details.

• Cancellations due to illness (e.g. Covid, cold/flu) - standard cancellation terms apply. No refunds will be issued, however, with a valid medical certificate, your booking may be transferred to another retreat of your choice within 12 months (your deposit will be forfeited). 

• If you need to leave the retreat early for any reason, a refund will not be issued. Please notify the retreat host before departing.

• Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements at least 14 days before the retreat.

• In the event of a natural disaster (e.g. bushfire, flood, cyclone) that prevents the retreat from going ahead, your booking will be transferred to a future retreat of your choice within 12 months. Refunds will not be issued.

• Find My Calm is not responsible for the security of personal belongings. Bedroom doors do not lock from the outside, but may be locked from within when in use.
